The founders of Ninnolo traveled around the world in search for the finest ingredients each country could offer them, in order to bring Ninnolo to life.

The goal? Creating a gelato that does not contain any artificial additives. And they succeeded.

Trip after trip, from exotic islands to traditional villages, they managed to collaborate with, small or large, property farmers and artisanal producers. These people, not only honored them with their friendship, but also provided them with the most exceptional ingredients you will ever taste.
