Originally a family summer home, construction of the property started in 1985 and it has been a continuous process throughout, the same Kavouras family now owns and operates Greco Philia located at Elia beach.

The hotel opened in 2007 with 7 suites, whereas today there are 30 unique suites and villas. Greco Philia is defined by classic Mykonian architecture with a clean modern aesthetic. The Greco Philia family offer to provide a unique & authentic experience to all their guests.
