Located at one of the most famous beached of Mykonos which is offered for extreme fun and socializing, surrounded by natural beauty, one can find this absolutely stunning and luxury compound at the edge of sea level to ensure to anyone a marvelous stay.

The reconstructed seaside hotel took the place of older tourist accommodation, in a landscape of 7,000sqm and a total building area of 1,400sqm. “My Aktis Hotel Luxury Suites & Villas” consists of 14 luxurious suites with amazing sea views and private jacuzzi, and 8 villas – with two or three rooms– with private pool and sea views and access to a private rocky beach.

The clever design enables the suites to function either as stand-alone suites or as villas – as they can be integrated–, which can accommodate a larger number of guests. The outdoor protected reception area is located at the highest level of the plot, giving easy access to visitors. At the lower level are the hotel’s public areas, such as the outdoor restaurant and bar, and the linear swimming pool.

The main interest during reconstruction was the preservation and appearance of Cycladic architecture and rocky landscape. As a result, the facades of the building are shaped by curved lines alternating with the stony and typical white volumes of Mykonos.

Inside the hotel, traditional architecture meets high aesthetics and modern design in earthy shades. The minimalist approach, the elegant, traditional furnishings, and the earthy elements create ideal spaces for relaxation and tranquility.

The materials that dominate are the beton cire on the floors and the plastering walls, the built-in benches, the traditional wooden furniture, the knitted cord as an element that is decorating the space in various motifs and, finally, the Greek reed which is used as a separator between the yeards and other outdoor spaces.

The surroundings of the hotel are harmonious with the existing natural environment. The rocky landscape is still maintained, which remains in contact with the water element of the swimming pool. The chosen plants intensify the landscape’s wild element -like cacti-, while the Greek intense and aromatic plants with its characteristic aromas magnetize often guests inside the luxury hotel.
