When it comes to Mykonos’ gastronomy, there is always a desire to create an imaginative culinary experience that combines inspiration taken from popular Greek recipes with modern innovation. So is Bill & Coo’s new haute cuisine platform that leads to new, creative paths.

Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge will take us to creative culinary adventures with its new concept titled Bill & Coo Gastronomy Project according to which distinguished Greek chefs will be invited to prepare and cook a unique menu that will be characterized by the style of each guest-chef.

Three days ago the 3rd gastronomy event of the season was completed successfully and included a pop-up 5-course menu from the über talented executive chef Alex Tsitionis (CTC restaurant, Athens), who is known for his focus to greek vibrant and modern tastes.

The next guest-chef of the Gastronomy Project will be the executive chef Pavlos Kiriakis, on the 22nd of August. The culinary adventure is accessible to both Bill & Coo and public guests.
